“We called M&M on a Sunday after coming home from a trip to discover the A/C had died while we were gone. 94F inside the house. The on call phone person was excellent to work with and gave me good info on what was going on and when Jack would call. Jack called and texted when he was on his way and arrived when expected. He quickly diagnosed the problem, verified there were no other issues, replaced the part, cleaned the unit and did an excellent job of explaining M&M’s services. We opted for a maintenance plan on the spot.”
