“This project took 8 hours but that was the high end of the estimate. It was very muddy outside and the crew laid floor protection and tried to be careful. Still ended up with some mud on a rug. I guess my biggest gripe is they left all the old insulation on the floor in the room with the new heat pump. This seems pretty shabby but I believe it was just an oversight. Overall everything seems to work and I’m satisfied.”
