“Jack absolutely showed up and showed off! A very polite young man that arrived at my home during the bad weather of Feb 2021. Team M&M was called midday and within 2 hours Jack arrived, completed his diagnostic check on both units and quickly identified the problem(s)! The temp was in the 20’s and we had several days of low temps in our near future. If you want a company that will have a qualified team member come to your home, even when the roads are slammed with ice, pick this company. The repair(s) were completed and my family was taken care of. Thank You Jack!”
