“Cole & the 2 teams were stupendous, and fantastic, They were on time, they assessed the problem, took pictures and explained the problem then got to work. When the new parts came in they told me when they were coming. After the guys finished ,pictures were taken to show the repair. They did all of this plus being courteous. This company and the technician are now my #1 go to company for my heating & cooling problems.

“I bought my heating/ac unit from you several years ago, I have always been able to call when I needed my unit checked and have someone out same day. I am on Oxygen 24/7 now and I called to explain to the girl in office that I needed someone today to check my a/c unit. I can't breath in the heat!! She was very rude and told me I could not be checked until Thursday and this is Tues. I don't even drive, so I have to depend on someone to even come to get me out of this heat!!! I believe this is elder abuse and abuse of a handicapped person!!!!! I don't usually complain and I understand I'm not the only one having problems but my health issues are important!!!”
