“I bought my heating/ac unit from you several years ago, I have always been able to call when I needed my unit checked and have someone out same day. I am on Oxygen 24/7 now and I called to explain to the girl in office that I needed someone today to check my a/c unit. I can't breath in the heat!! She was very rude and told me I could not be checked until Thursday and this is Tues. I don't even drive, so I have to depend on someone to even come to get me out of this heat!!! I believe this is elder abuse and abuse of a handicapped person!!!!! I don't usually complain and I understand I'm not the only one having problems but my health issues are important!!!”

“Our AC unit was not cooling the house sufficiently. M&M checked the unit and determined that the compressor had failed. They ordered and installed a new compressor within a couple of days. The new compressor failed and was determined to be faulty from the factory. A warranty replacement was received and installed. This did not resolve the cooling issue. M&M service technicians worked diligently to determine and resolve the problem(s). Ultimately, a new unit (condenser and evaporator) was purchased and installed. Even though this situation took several days to resolve, we are very appreciative of the workmanship and professionalism shown by all of the M&M personnel involved. We would highly recommend them.”
