“Unfortunately I have to give Scott at M&M a 1because a zero is what he deserves if that.
We purchased a Bryant ac and heating unit and install from M&M about 2 years ago and the ac has been a constant source of grief.
The heater failed within a short time because they failed to properly install the exhaust.
We purchased a Bryant because they have a good reputation and we needed a reliable unit for the times we aren’t there. We are seasonal snowbirds.
The unit has failed so many times that we have lost count. We have been told it is the power grid that is problem or this or that.
The unit is currently not working and fortunately we aren’t there.
We have now been told by Scott who I have to assume is the owner of M&M that he will no longer work on the unit as it is too far for him to travel to come work for free. We thought warranty work was part of what we paid for.
He also said because we weren’t there he wasn’t coming an hour and a half because there were folks in occupied homes that needed his help.
I understand that and appreciate that.
At this point I would be hard pressed to recommend Bryant or M&M to anyone for anything.
So now we are left with a Bryant unit not working, a warranty but no one to work on it.
Our conversation ended with Scott telling me to call someone else, he was not coming and he abruptly hung up.”

“They replaced the capacitor and it seemed to be working for maybe 2hours and I told them they needed to return and fix the air conditioner. I was charged $361.00.for something that was not fixed. When I was trying to get them back out there I was told it would be another $100.00 service call. I will never use or recommend M&M
I used another repair service and they fixed it in 15 minutes.”

“Cole & the 2 teams were stupendous, and fantastic, They were on time, they assessed the problem, took pictures and explained the problem then got to work. When the new parts came in they told me when they were coming. After the guys finished ,pictures were taken to show the repair. They did all of this plus being courteous. This company and the technician are now my #1 go to company for my heating & cooling problems.

“I bought my heating/ac unit from you several years ago, I have always been able to call when I needed my unit checked and have someone out same day. I am on Oxygen 24/7 now and I called to explain to the girl in office that I needed someone today to check my a/c unit. I can't breath in the heat!! She was very rude and told me I could not be checked until Thursday and this is Tues. I don't even drive, so I have to depend on someone to even come to get me out of this heat!!! I believe this is elder abuse and abuse of a handicapped person!!!!! I don't usually complain and I understand I'm not the only one having problems but my health issues are important!!!”

“The two technicians that came were fantastic !!! I showed the pictures of the two problems. They immediately checked out each problem. Then explained everything to me. We’re waiting on the replacement parts but they got the AC running. They were nice and explained everything to me so I
Could understand. FANTASTIC job guys !! M & M is now my go to heating and cooling company. So long my previous AC company!”
