“Greg was very customer focused and professional. Showed up in a timely manner and conducted himself very professionally yet with great customer connection. I told him about an issue with one of our units and he throughly checked it out and reported that the casing was loose and was probably contributing to the noise we were experiencing but assured the system was functioning properly. He welcomed us to call if the problem arose again.”
