“A+++ customer service and technicians. I can’t speak highly enough about the friendly staff and technicians that answered all my questions. I called during the late morning to set up an appointment for a diagnosis on why my mini split heat was not working, and they were able to come early evening the same day! Very professional company. They called me before they dispatched a technician to make sure I would be at home and they also sent a text message to my phone when the technician was on his way with a photo ID to know who to expect. Awesome staff! Do not hesitate to call them!”
