“Service by Jack King. He did a great job of servicing our system and getting us ready for the winter. He replaced an older pipe that was part of our previous system. He was very friendly and professional and the work was reviewed by a quality assurance person (I forgot the name) who also was very professional. The guys relit the pilot light on the gas water heater, but I think they left the setting too low for hot water. Will check with you in the morning 10/16 to see about getting the heat setting on the water heater increased.”
